Support and appeals
My account can't sign in
If the sign-in page says your account can't sign in right now, the account has an active suspension or ban. We sent the reason and the end date (if any) to the e-mail address on the account.
Appeal a decision
Reply to that e-mail, or write to the support address in it, within 30 days. Tell us your username and why you think the decision is wrong. A staff member who did not make the original decision reviews every appeal and answers by e-mail.
Get the game
Download for Windows
EO Launcher, about 16 MB. Requires Windows 10 or 11. The launcher keeps the game up to date and signs you in through your browser.
Other problems
Report bugs from inside the game (Menu, Report a problem). Emergence staff will never ask for your password or sign-in codes.
